Thank you for visiting our site and for shopping with Luke Holcombe. Here is a list of details that you'll need to know before browsing our site and purchasing work with us. By accessing or using our website: www.lukeholcombe.co.uk you agree to these Terms.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Our use of this Customer Information is subject to our Privacy Policy. We accept payments through authorised third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

1. PURCHASES AND TRANSACTIONS

Once your order is placed, it will usually take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched unless noted otherwise. 

For UK orders, items are posted out using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If parcel is 2kg or over, the item will be posted using Parcel Force or another similar courier service. For all other countries please refer to the shipping options and prices on the item page if available.

Once dispatched it can take from 2-5 days for delivery within the UK, 7-9 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the Rest of the World. Postage may take longer over holiday periods and national holidays. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

If you have not received your order in the time period stated please let us know as soon as possible, we will be unable to help you if more than 3 months have passed from the date of dispatch.

If you need your order more urgently, please email to discuss using an expedited postal service. If you live in a remote area in the UK, your order may incur a delivery surcharge of £20.00. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

2. SHIPPING

Please note, if you are resident outside of the UK your order may be subject to import duty, taxes & other payments imposed by your country and are to be paid by you, the purchaser. Please check with your country's terms for further details.

If your order is returned due to non payment of these charges, you will be refunded upon receipt of the item, less all shipment costs and expenses incurred.

3. CUSTOMS & TAXES

Unused and unopened products maybe returned in their original condition for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item for a full refund less any Postage and Packaging costs paid by the customer. Shipping costs are also unfortunately non-refundable. 

Please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return any items before sending them back and include a note within the package with information of your order.

It is recommended to send any returns via an insured trackable courier or postal service as we will not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. On receiving the goods, and confirming the product is in the original condition, a refund will be issued for the full product amount. We cannot refund shipping costs for any returned items.

For bespoke and made-to order products, refunds will only be offered for a faulty or incorrect item.

In the unlikely event that your item reaches you damaged or is not as expected, you can get in touch at: luke@lukeholcombestudio.com to discuss how to proceed with a replacement or refund.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will use all reasonable effort to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are available or in stock.

In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders. Prices for prints are subject to change without notice.
